Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit. You get up to 50 customers, 100 products, the full ledger, My Khata for your customers, PDF statements, and WhatsApp sharing — at no cost. Upgrade to Pro when you need unlimited everything or more than one shop.
How does Bulk SMS work?
Go to the Reminders screen, select overdue customers, and tap "Send SMS". KhataFlow sends a personalised payment reminder to all of them at once. Free plan supports up to 30 customers per send; Pro removes this limit so you can reach every customer at once.
What is My Khata?
My Khata is your customers' own view inside KhataFlow. Every customer you add gets access to their personal khata — they can see their outstanding balance, view their transaction history, pay you via UPI in one tap, call your shop, or download a PDF statement. It works for shopkeepers too, helping you see all your shops and balances in one place.
Does KhataFlow work without internet?
Yes — KhataFlow is offline-first. Every sale, payment, and ledger entry is saved to your device instantly. When you come back online, everything syncs to the cloud automatically. Your data is never held hostage by connectivity.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade to Pro or go back to Free at any time. All your existing data stays intact regardless of plan.
What payment methods do you accept for Pro?
We accept UPI, all major credit/debit cards, and popular digital wallets. Payments are processed securely — your card details are never stored on our servers.
Is my business data secure?
