How does Bulk SMS work?
Go to the Reminders screen, select overdue customers, and tap "Send SMS". KhataFlow sends a personalised payment reminder to all of them at once. Limits depend on your plan — check the pricing cards above.
What is My Khata?
My Khata is your customers' own view inside KhataFlow. Every customer you add gets access to their personal khata — they can see their outstanding balance, view their transaction history, pay you via UPI in one tap, call your shop, or download a PDF statement.
Does KhataFlow work without internet?
